With purpose built equipment we can offer you the best in rebuilding and performance work. Over the years we have re-built and improved many single cylinder 2 and 4 strokes, Japanese and European from the 50’s to present, Multi-cylinder engines from the 70’s to the present.
All engine rebuilds begin with a complete dismantle followed by chemical cleaning and assessment. This will enable us to determine the serviceable limits of each component and develop an accurate quote for the rebuild.
Engine tear down
Careful consideration is given to each component to ensure each engine goes back together perfectly.
Professional engine building for motorcycles not only includes the engine, but also the gear box and clutch. It is a complicated task with the average Single cylinder having hundreds of parts, the number is increased in proportion with each additional cylinder.
Inspection and measurement
All moving parts are measured precisely and checked against manufactures specifications.
Component reconditioning
All parts not requiring replacement undergo industry standard reconditioning procedures. Careful attention is paid to the smallest detail.
Careful assembly
Precise measurement is continued during assembly until the last nut is tight. No short cuts are taken, we pride ourselves on high quality workmanship.
