Carburetor tuning is a specialty at Nippon Performance. Carburetor balancing and tuning is an important part of any major service, small changes in dimensions can have enormous effects on economy, response and over all performance. Carburetors can be counter intuitive when searching for the right combination, utilizing the analysis capabilities of our Dyno will ensure excellent results. We have worked extensively with standard and custom applications, our professional approach and decades of experience is how we manage the impossible.
Data collection
The ability to capture live data whilst varying load conditions enables fast and accurate diagnosis. The dyno is a far more powerful tool than just a peak power measuring stick. Engine feedback under simulated road conditions can hi-light clutch and drive line issue, ignition timing and fuel problems, valve train and gear box. If there is a niggling problem at a certain speed or in a certain condition then a dyno tune may be what you need.
Performance upgrades
When it comes to upgrades in exhaust systems, air filters and induction systems, to really get the best out of the improvements you have made to your ride adjustments will need to be made to your fuel delivery system as well. Base run comprising of general riding and several sweep test will out line areas available for improvement. Improvements in torque and response where you use it is the goal.
